Jonathan's social search experiment

Now that Google has started to index the social web, I thought it would be interesting to see how quickly new social content takes to appear in search results.

Since businesses are so concerned about what people are saying about their brands, I will dream up some fictitious brands and mention them in various social media, then see how long those mentions take to appear in Google search results. I'll update this blog posting to record what I said, where I said it, and how long it took to be found.

Should be interesting and fun!
